Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
House consider the Senate message (page 2723) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 206(L&C)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to motor vehicle service contracts; exempting                                                              
    motor vehicle service contracts from regulation as insurance; and

Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                 
amendment to CSHB 206(L&C), thus adopting SCS CSHB
206(L&C), and recommended that the members vote yes.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHB 206(L&C)?"  The roll was taken with the
